The Story Behind SET Labs

For over a decade, I worked as a licensed school counselor supporting teens through stress, social pressure, emotional challenges, and difficult life situations.

I created and led small groups and workshops focused on confidence, communication, emotional regulation, and real-life coping skills.

SET Labs was built from that experience and from being a parent to two teenagers myself. I wanted to create the kind of support that helps teens feel understood, connected, and more confident in everyday life.

What I Believe

I believe teens need more than advice. They need connection, structure, real-life skills, and a space where they feel understood without judgment.

SET Labs was built to help teens strengthen confidence, manage emotions, improve relationships, and develop tools they can actually use outside of therapy or school.

Small groups create space for real conversations, accountability, and growth in a way that feels natural, supportive, and practical.
