Meet Gina Farrell, Founder SET LABS

I created SET Labs to support teens in building confidence, managing emotions, and navigating real-life situations with the right tools and support for total wellness.

With over a decade of experience working as a licensed school counselor, I’ve seen what’s possible when teens have the right tools and the right environment—they rise.

These labs are built to help them do exactly that.

    Breakfast Club: Build Confidence Lab

    Build Friendships and Connections
A low-pressure social skills lab where teens learn to handle everyday social situations with confidence. Teens learn to trust themselves and feel more sure in social and school situations.

    Saturday and Sunday

    10:30am - 11:30am

    6-WEEK Small Group Training Lab

  • Close-up of wooden Scrabble tiles spelling out the word 'LOVE' on a white background.

    Lock-In: Focus + Control Lab

    Focus, Calm, and Emotional Control
Teens learn grounding tools, emotional regulation skills, and ways to stay calm and steady during frustrating or overwhelming moments. A hands-on lab that teaches teens how to “lock in” when life gets overwhelming.

    Saturday

    12:00pm - 1:00pm

    6-WEEK Small Group Training Lab

  • Close-up of wooden Scrabble tiles spelling out the word 'SMART' in the shape of a cross, with additional tiles around it on a white background.

The Cooldown: Manage Stress + Anger Lab

The Cool Down Lab teaches teens how to recognize early signs of stress or anger and use simple, repeatable tools to calm their body and mind. Instead of exploding, shutting down, or acting impulsively, they learn how to regulate themselves and respond with more confidence and clarity.

    Sunday

    12:00pm - 1:00pm

    6-WEEK Small Group Training Lab

Choose the Right Lab for Your Teen

SET Labs are small weekend groups for teens led by a Licensed School Counselor.

Each group meets once a week for 6 weeks and includes one 60-minute session each weekend. Groups are intentionally kept small with only 5–6 teens to help create a more comfortable, supportive, and connected experience.

These groups are designed to help teens build confidence, manage emotions, improve communication, and strengthen real-life coping skills alongside peers their own age.

Total cost for the complete 6-week group program: $360
